How Long Do you Take to ship?

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 10 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays

DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $125 across the continental United States. Orders less than $125 will be charged a $7.95 Standard Shipping fee.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship all around the world. Due to increased global shipping rates and delays, you may see limited shipping options. Please also be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duties and fees that may be charged by the carrier before delivery is released. We are not responsible for these extra fees and any order returned to us will not have shipping refunded.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS?

Please email us as soon as possible! If your order has already left our warehouse or returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for any shipping fees required to resend the package.


I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER

To modify or cancel your order, please email us ASAP so we can assist you. If you placed your order with Standard Shipping, we may be able to cancel orders if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If you placed your order with Expedited Shipping and have received your tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time. We do not currently have a phone number for our fulfillment center.

What is Your Returns Policy?

We take pride in customer satisfaction at Visionary Color and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date for a full refund unless marked Final Sale, less return shipping costs. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. Please allow 24 hours for this tracking information to update. To check shipping status, You can enter your tracking number here


DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No account is needed to place an order, but our wishlist feature, saved addresses, and order history are all benefits of creating a free account.
